Change the Form Title

Is there a way to change the form Title (Heading) in Nitro Froms. I have tried going into the list and chaning the title there but the title in the form does not update. Is there another trick? Thanks

Hi Archie,

Could you please share more details about your use case such as the current header value shown, the expected header to be shown and whether the header should take values from a field within the form etc.

Thank you for getting back to me. 1st and formost. I want to thank you support team for an excelent job in answering all question and in a very short time. Now...

I created a list with the Name : InventoryComments. Then I created the a nitro form and of course it showed in the Header (InventoryComments Form). I went back into the list and then changed the name to "Inventory Comments". I would like for the form header to take the new name with the space. I hope that is clear.

Hi Archie,

To update the list name in the NITRO Forms designer page, you’ll need to modify the Form settings files stored in Site Assets. Please follow the steps below:

Open the NITRO Form Designer for the list and note the List ID from the browser URL (see Image 1)
Navigate to Site Contents → Site Assets → CCS → Forms and locate the form files using the List ID.
Each List ID will have two files: a standard and a draft version (see Image 2)
Open both files and replace all instances of the old list name ‘InventoryComments’ with ‘Inventory Comments’ (see Images 3 & 4). Save the changes

Note: The old name may appear multiple times in both the files, please update all occurrences to the new name.
