For Microsoft 365 customers, we have developed Teams integrations within our NITRO Workflow tool. If you have not already, you'll need to follow the steps in this article to enable the Teams API for NITRO in order to use these actions.

 

This includes the following three actions:

 

•Create a Teams channel

oThis action will automatically create a new Teams channel within an existing Team

•Send mail to a Teams channel

oThis action will send a notification to a Teams channel by sending an email to the channel's email address

•Post an adaptive card

oPosts an adaptive card to Teams that allows the user to interact and automatically update SharePoint items (e.g. for approval processes) right from within Teams.
