Issue Description: When the User trying to create a new Alert in Infowise Smart alert pro, alert is not being created and the following error message was being displayed. "– index was out of range"

Cause/Fix: While installing Infowise Smart Alert Pro, a hidden list “infowise smart alert pro mail templates” will be created in sitecollection level. It has a mandatory field “owner” ; if  it is blank, it results in the above error message.

Fill the "owner" field with System Account.
