Issue Types are not getting cascaded according to the selected Category in the Tickets

Cause:-

The Url in  ‘New Ticket Form’ and  ‘Constant File’ might not be pointing to the CCSSRScript java script file in Script Documents.

Fix:

Follow the steps below if this is the cause.

1. Go to Script Documents.

2. Copy Shortcut the CCSSRScript java script file. (Copy the Url of the the Java script file )

3. Download the ‘New Ticket Form’ and  ‘Constant File’ files.

4. Paste the Url of the Java Script file in src as shown below in both the files.

 5. Save the files.

6. Upload these two files into Script Documents ( check Overwrite Existing files )
