Attachments in Associated Item do not render as hyperlinks in associated item list

Hello -

I'm able to create an associated items column which contains an attachments column. When the associated items list is shown in our main form, the associated items -> attachments column renders the document names, but not hyperlinks to the documents. Is there a way to render hyperlinks for these?
