Automate "check in" of a document

We're running NITRO On Premises and I can't find an action in either Workflows or Custom Actions to Check In a document, is there a method that can be used to automate this?

We can configure this in update item action of NITRO Workflow for document libraries. Click on 'Item Actions' in update list item action of NITRO Workflow and select 'Check-In' as shown below.
