Be good if custom actions and workflows could use the same email templates

Would save having to have 2 versions of the same template

I second this. I logged in to make a suggestion that all email templates created should live inside the Email Manager section. It seems strange that when going Email Manager> Tickets and an email that is created through a workflow doesn't show up in this list.
