Calendar view in form

We are looking to see how we might go about displaying a read-only calendar and a form together. Either a way to embed the calendar in the form or embed the form on a page that we have a calendar web part on. The calendar would show all events scheduled to help the user choose an open time. See attached mock-up.

Hi Davis,

You can try inserting a JavaScript based calendar using Line/HTML control. There are many JavaScript/CSS based calendars available online, you can try adding one of them. We can also assist as part of professional services.
