NITRO Studio Workshop -- June 9: Introducing SMS Texting!

We have added SMS Texting to NITRO Studio! Alerts and notifications can be sent by text, such as auto-replies, assignment, escalations, and updates. Also, people can respond to texts with certain pre-defined "VERBS", such as APPROVE, CLOSE, and UPDATE, which will take the appropriate action on the ticket. This means, for example, that a manager can get a text saying a request needs approval, then respond to that text to either approve or reject the request.
