On-Prem form variables

I recently noticed the added Variables button to define variables in a form. Does this also mean we can pass along those variables to a Submit Action or workflow?

Hi @davisa,

Variables in NITRO Forms and variables in workflows are executed in seperate processes so currently we do not have direct way to pass any data from the form to workflows.

One way is to store the variable value in a column and assign this column to a variable in NITRO workflows/NITRO custom actions. We can hide this column in NITRO Form using column permissions if required.
