Process this workflow for items created, modified, or deleted by automated processes?

It is not required to check this option in this case.
Process this workflow for items modified with system update method: This option should be checked if we want to process the workflow for items modified by system update method.
SystemUpdate(): This method does not update the "Modified" and "Modified By" columns and Version during item update.
Process this workflow for items created, modified, or deleted by automated processes: This option should be checked if we want to process the workflow for items created, modified or deleted by automated processes.
Here automated processes mean the items that are created, updated or deleted by Crow Canyon Email Sync, Crow Canyon Advanced Approvals, Crow Canyon ID Column, Crow Canyon Product App, custom code or Crow Canyon NITRO Workflows, etc., that is, without user intervention.
