Updating NITRO software in O365

Is there a way to UPDATE NITRO software and Upgrade Web Parts for each site in all Site Collections at once or do we have to do it one at a time?

Please refer “Multiple Sites Update” from below manual for updating NITRO studio across all the activated sites:

Note that the modern apps in a site needs to be updated from the corresponding NITRO Apps page.

That's what I've done in the past but I was wondering about all Site Collections. When we migrated earlier this year we followed Microsoft's recommendations and most of our Sites became Site Collections, which might not have been the best idea ?. So I guess we'll have to continue to upgrade one by one.
