Error: Version conflict

Using SharePoint Online we occasionally get an error, usually first thing in the morning, when submitting a NITRO form, but if we wait a couple of minutes and try again it will usually go through. Since it is at the beginning of the day, I wonder if there might be a timing issue with NITRO Apps starting up? Clearing the browser cache doesn't really help since that usually takes as much time as reopening the form. The frustrating part for our users—in addition to getting an error—is having to re-enter all the data the second time.

Anyone else run into something like this?

Please send us the list template and NITRO Form settings for this list and we will investigate:

  1. List template
    • Go to the list -> List Settings -> ‘Save list as template’ and send us the template file.
  2. NITRO Form settings

To add more information, version conflict is SharePoint error that occurs when we try to update list item that was already updated before we click save button.

Please check if there are any other process like a workflow that is updating the item on its creation and also let us know if there were any attachments being uploaded while creating or updating the list item in this case.
